| If you have purchased a TestTaker Certification Guide, passed 10 standardized TestTaker exams with a score of 90% or higher after a subscription period of no shorter than 30 days, received a Level No. 9 TestTaker Assessment, and failed the corresponding, authorized exam within 40 days after the Certification Guide purchase date, please contact us immediately for a 100% Full Refund. |

Our Guarantee Does Not Apply for the following scenarios:
- You failed the exam on or before the Certification Guide purchase date.
- You failed the exam after 40 days of the Certification Guide purchase date.
- You failed to receive a Level No. 9 Assessment for the Certification Guide.
- You purchased the incorrect Certification Guide.
- You purchased a Skill Guide rather than a Certification Guide. Skill Guides are intended for passing interviews, not certification exams.
- TestTaker Discounts will not be refunded. Your Guide was either discounted or free due to a promotional coupon.
- You attempted to take more than one authorized exam within the same 24 hour period.
