Our Guarantee Does Not Apply for the following scenarios:

You failed the exam on or before the Certification Guide purchase date.
You failed the exam 20 days or more beyond the Certification Guide subscription expiration date.
You failed to receive a Level No. 9 Assessment for the Certification Guide.
You purchased the incorrect Certification Guide.
You purchased a Skill Guide rather than a Certification Guide. Skill Guides are intended for passing interviews, not certification exams.
TestTaker Discounts will not be refunded. Your Guide was either discounted or free due to a promotional coupon.
You attempted to take more than one authorized exam within the same 24 hour period.
